Do you use chemicals?
We use professional grade cleaning products designed for use in both domestic and commercial properties. However, if you are sensitive or allergic to certain chemicals, please tell us when you book our services and we will ensure that we use alternative products.
Do I need to provide a parking space for your team?
Yes. Please make sure that there is available parking at or very close to your property.
How many cleaning technicians will you send?
The number of cleaners engaged will depend upon the cleaning service requested and the size of the property. We will send as many technicians as is necessary to complete your cleaning service in a timely manner.
What happens if a cleaning technician damages something during the service?
You can rest assured that all of our technicians are careful and diligent in their work, so such occurrences are rare. However, we are fully insured so you will receive suitable compensation in the unlikely event of any damage being caused.
Do you clean carpets/rugs and upholstered furniture?
Yes, all carpets/rugs and upholstered furniture can be cleaned by Bubbles, with a powerful industrial vacuum and/or our steam clean machine, depending upon the level of service you have selected.
Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance?
Yes, for end of tenancy cleans, you should defrost your fridge and/or freezer about 24 hours before the service begins so that we may clean the appliance properly. If the fridge/freezer is not defrosted in advance, we may not be able to fully clean the appliance for you.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely! If you are not happy with any aspect of our work, simply contact Bubbles within 72 hours of the completed service and we will arrange to revisit your property to re clean.
Do you require a deposit?
No, we don’t. The payment should be settled upon completion of the service by either cash or via bank transfer.
Do I have to provide any cleaning materials?
No you don’t. We will bring all necessary materials and tools necessary to complete the service. All of the materials are included in the quoted price.
Do you clean the inside and outside of windows?
Yes, we do. All windows (ground, and floors one, two and three) are thoroughly cleaned inside and outside.
Can I have an end of construction builders clean while the builders are still here?
No, we recommend that our end of construction clean is scheduled at least 24 hours after your builders have completed their work and they have removed all building and construction debris.
